From a Pin to an Anchor

Hi Loves so I'm a university kid now, going through all the motions. My Wifi at home has been out so forgive me. Anyway yesterday I made an impromptu decision to wear a pair of jeans I had unfortunately ripped and frayed, the jeans has a rip at the back that was seriously misplaced and so it looked awful , all of this I realized yesterday after wearing it them being annoyed because I had to lean against every wall, hand my bag as low as possible and other creative methods I employed while trying to hide my fashion mishap. Luckily I didn't meet up with my friends yesterday because I know they would've ripped me to pieces. So kids, wear proper clothes, anyway while hiding my mistake I realized how much effort I placed into looking cute-ish when going to school while earlier in the year I just pulled on my uniform and got ready to go, now I have to twist and turn in the mirror twenty times before leaving the house, which results in me rushing to school, so guess who doesn't have enough time to reflect and look through the window idly contemplating life and the constructs of society.
However one thing I have been thinking about is inconveniences. How we falter when the world is constantly getting in our way, some people like yours truly will crash and burn because I just can't function with my life not going smoothly and it never is, so I'm always burning and in constant disarray but you see what most people don't get is that the little things have a ripple effect and turn into this huge monstrosity, and then you're in awe like what just happened and how did it happen. Simple because you weren't paying it any mind. Okay for example this week I believe a water main burst on the road I along with MANY others travel to get into the city, well I don't know the details but let's just say when laying the pipes back in 190when one of them cracked or had some hole and to avoid the whole lot of talking the worker just stuck piece of gum over the hole/crack and so now the gum has long dried and fell off and the water seeps onto the road and so each car has to slow down when they get to that area, you know what happens? A 1 hour or 40 mins drive turns into a long 3 hour drive and a certain girl gets home drained because she had to stand on the bus for 3 hours and can do nothing but sleep when she gets home, now she couldn't complete her worksheet and she's a few steps behind just because someone couldn't be bothered. Do you see that ripple effect? Massive right?!
When things go wrong for it usually doesn't just start as a big thing, it's really minute but you let it grow and now you've got a huge inconvenience on your hand.. So let's tackle the little things today and stunt their growth into mega issues tomorrow.
