Christmas Carol's Lines

 "Tis the season and mi nuh see nuh money". The famous line by Christmas Carol.  (I'm trying to crack jokes) anyway, I actually have a aunt named Carol and she's a Christmas fanatic, her house is always decorated with flashing pepper lights and the sweet aroma of fruit cake wafting throughout the house, and though she always makes due right before Christmas (Because if Aunty carol doesn't bake, is it really Christmas?)  before all this Christmas cheer and joy, lips must pout, faces must hang drooping, and sad eyes must definitely stare off into the distance, as the most famous line is repeated  "Christmas a come and mi nuh see nuh money yet" I hear this everywhere I go, but yet the towns still overflow with people , shops can literally hold no more, no walking space or breathing space (I hate people breathing my air, or me breathing in the hot breath they release. EW.) and the lines, the lines, those goddamn lines. Those Christmas carols ring in your ears everywhere you go, standing in line at the bank, outside the ATM, in front the ABM, and standing in the line that's concealed by the crowd in Western Union, have you ever been to Western Union on the day before christmas (Grandmarket)?  One adjective, Madhouse.   There's always a line somewhere and they cannot be avoided, whether it's a line of traffic or a line at the cashier, these lines are the reason why I know these Christmas Carol's line for line. You can't run, cant damn well hide from these blasted lines.  
  Anyway I've decided to opt out of it all and I will proceed to shop when it's convenient,  if I do decide to shop any at all.  Be like me, wait until after all this rush, these lines are getting under my skin and in my head, I know enough Carols to last me a lifetime.
